About Heather

My family has lived in Southwest Florida for 40 years and I’ve enjoyed having the opportunity to see the area grow and develop. I’ve traveled all over the country and have yet to find a place that I love more to raise my family and call home. We enjoy living only minutes to gorgeous beaches, a couple hours to world renowned theme parks, cruise ships and the Florida Keys. It’s a remarkable place to live and I’m passionate about the area and community we live in.
I attended DeVry University for my education in Computer Information Systems, and started my career in real estate as a transaction coordinator, handling the transactions for The Platinum Team a top-producing sales team in South West Florida. Our team closed over 900 real estate transactions and over 100 million dollars in local area sales. This provided me with a wide range of transactions to navigate, everything from short sales, investor properties, new construction and first time home buyers. I have 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and have been licensed since 2019.
My first priority is always to make sure my customers are satisfied and comfortable with the real estate process, by listening to their wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. Communication and transparency are key in any relationship and vital to me when working with customers. To me being a Realtor is not being in sales but about providing a service. I strive to ensure that the buying and selling process is easy and as stress-free as possible. I specialize in the North Port, Englewood, Venice, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda area. And am a member of REALTORS® of Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-DeSoto, Inc.®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®
