Heather was great! When she came out for an initial walk through and chat- she had a lot of knowledge on what we should do to our house to prep it for sale and what price points we could potentially list for after she did research of the neighborhood. She worked with a photographer to get professional pictures of our house which helped to create a strong online listing. She also made up flyers to hand out around the neighborhood so that people were aware of our house. With all of her help and guidance, we had a very strong offer within 6 days of listing our house! I highly recommend talking with Heather if you’re thinking of selling your home- she’s amazing!

The thought of buying a house without seeing it in person was so nerve-wracking until we worked with Heather. I appreciate the eagerness she had to do so many virtual showings, walking us through the homes we expressed interest in, via many videocalls that put me at ease. All this despite the challenges of time zone differences, as my husband and I were in two different states and she was in a third.

She understood the balance between the urgency of our timeline and not wanting to settle for a house that didn't meet all our criteria.

It's been 6 months since we moved into our new house, and Heather is still our homegirl that checks in on us from time to time. She's a great resource to us since we're not from the area and I can't recommend her enough.

As a military family of 5 on the other side of the country, we were faced with the need to purchase a house without seeing it in person first. Heather was exactly the person we needed. She used video calls to tour homes while we remained in San Diego. She was honest and open about any issues she could see that wouldn't be obvious on a video call. For example, one of the homes we were interested in was visually great, but smelled like cigarette smoke. When we made our purchase she walked us through the process, and when I had a chance to fly to Virginia to finally examine our new home, Heather met me with the keys.
