About Heather

Cumberland County born and raised Heather learned early on if you want it, you have to earn it. She worked full-time while earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Shippensburg University. Rent, car payments, and insurance were a cost she had to endure throughout her college career. During her freshman and sophomore years she was a member of the Shippensburg Raider Cheerleading Squad until the demand of both work and studies became a growing priority. Upon graduation, Heather attended nursing school at HACC. During this time, she acquired her real estate license as a source of additional income.

In 2004 Heather began listing and selling the new homes constructed by the Neidlinger family. Her real estate career became her full time focus. In 2005, nursing school was put on pause as Heather started representing Buyers and Sellers moving throughout Central PA. She quickly grew in ranks among the top 10% of sales agents in PA. She put in the time and studies to obtain a PA Broker license in 2008. The market and opportunity pushed her in the direction of forming The Heather Neidlinger Real Estate Team. This team has been in full throttle since 2009. Heather serves as a management leader, trainer, and lead salesperson on the Heather Neidlinger Team. This team has ranked as the top 13 and top 10 for 2018 and 2019 of all teams working under the nationwide Berkshire Hathaway brand. On a personal note, Heather works to spend time with her husband, Rob Neidlinger and their 3 daughters. They enjoy anything active and travel to new locations their latest being Turks and Caicos and Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
