If you want to know a little bit about Heather then please continue reading. I dreamed about starting a career in real estate for a long time. I decided I wasn’t going to wait any longer and I signed up for classes with Heather, so I could get licensed. This was Jan 2020. Now of course in hindsight nobody new what was coming with Covid and right when classes finished up, testing centers started closing due to COVID-19. I made a decision to hunker down and spend time with my family until COVID-19 started to clear up, with full intention of finishing my final state and federal real estate exam. Well the time came, I got vaccinated my family got vaccinated and Covid is on its way out, so I Knew now is the time to get back to normal life. The first thing I did was reach out to Heather seeing if she had any useful advice or material that would be relevant to 2021 and the broker exam. Heather got right back to me. Reminded me of study tips she had mentioned in the class, links to Oregon administration rules and other useful information that I needed to know. She even helped me send over documents to psi so I could get registered correctly. She really went out of her way for me as an educator and I can’t tell you how great-full I am that even a year later, she remembered who I was, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to finish my exam. Well today, Saturday June 26 2021 I passed my test! Heather’s one of a kind and her professionalism is something to look up too. 5 star recommendation from me!

During a crazy hot time in real estate where demand is high and prices are high Heather works really hard to make sure her clients receive the best service out there. When I say the best I mean SHE IS the best! We had a VA loan which in this market its about impossible to find a seller willing to work with us. However, after being turned down at-least five times with Heather’s professional experience , skill, and persistence we finally got a break! If it wasn’t for her amazing team and talent we would still be searching for a house for probably a long time. Now we are almost closed on our deal and picking out what custom touches we want for our new house like paint and a shed. We cannot express enough gratitude to Heather Rich and her team she changed our lives for the better. Thank you Heather!!

Heather was amazing! Houses were going fast at the time, and she was always on the lookout. We found a new listing early in the morning, she was able to show it at lunchtime, and put in the offer for us that afternoon. That was almost four years ago, and she has always been available whenever we have questions. When we are ready for our next house, she will be the first person we call.

I’ve known Heather for over 20 years. We started off together on parenting message boards. You can imagine how contentious these could become. But Heather ALWAYS remained calm and KIND. She always had a calm demeanor and gave gentle suggestions, even in the face of life’s storms.
