Heather has helped me find and purchase several properties. She is the most enthusiastic, dedicated, hard-working Realtor imaginable. Rarely can you find someone who loves their work and their clients as much as she. And she knows houses! If not for her immediate response to my requests I know that I would not have managed to find the properties I purchased in time to get them. She is truly special and I always recommend her to my friends. Just the best!

I had the pleasure of working with Heather as a first time home buyer. She is a wealth of knowledge, very organized, quick to respond, friendly… and the list goes on. The process of buying a home with Heather, from start to finish, was stress free. She took the time to ensure I understood what was happening every step of the way. She went out of her way to answer my questions and ensure I felt good about purchasing the right home for me. She is extremely trustworthy, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to work with Heather.

If all you are looking for is someone to put up a For Sale sign in your front yard and then do the usual paperwork associated with selling your home; Heather is NOT the agent you want !

On the other hand, if you’re looking for someone to take the time to get to know you, the property, and in my case as an Estate Executor, the circumstances of the sale , and be available to help in solving the many issues we needed to address to make it a Very Successful sale...... She IS the person you will want to work with !

Through her networking she was able to bring cost effective resources to the table that we would have never found to help us prepare the property to go on the market and then deliver a qualified buyer in a very timely manner.

Without going into the specifics of the sale, suffice it to say that the Family was extremely pleased with the finale negotiated selling price.

And , Yes ; she also put up the sign in the front yard and did the usual paperwork to .

Heather will make your (stressful, long, confusing) home selling or buying experience worry-free. She's encouraging, considerate, innovative and ready to answer a question (or get the info you need) in a timely and efficient manner. She helped us buy a unique home and then 5 years later helped us sell it. Can't recommend her enough, she's so involved with the process that you don't feel burdened or overwhelmed. I can't imagine what the experience would be like without her!

Heather is top notch! We have utilized her services twice for purchasing homes and once for selling, and all three experiences have been phenomenal! She is timely, efficient, responsive, and encouraging throughout the entire process. She's willing to show up whenever needed to view listings, even when we were in another state! Can't recommend her enough, she's truly been an asset throughout each buying/selling experience. Heather was really warm and attentive all the way through the home buying process. You don’t get that salesman feeling from her like she’s just trying to get the deal done; it’s obvious she wants her clients to find their perfect “home” and not just a roof and walls. Also very knowledgeable (and patient!) about the ins and outs of different types of financing and working with the banks which was extremely helpful to me. Would highly recommend her service to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.

We can’t begin to recommend Heather enough – she’s amazing! Finding your house can be a long process, and that’s why it’s SO important to spend that time with a great realtor. We knew the moment we met her that it was going to be a fun and smooth process for us.

Heather is a kind, patient, helpful, and an overall wonderful person. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Central NY area, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. As first-time homeowners, we leaned on Heather for a lot of guidance/advice and she was always cheerful, upbeat, and full of ideas for us and for each home that we looked at.

Quickly figuring out our likes and dislikes, we felt like Heather truly listened and cared about what we wanted from our first home. She not only steered us toward our dream home, but she took the time to help us understand what we wanted versus what we needed.
