Heather Stevenson

Heather was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, so she knows the city and surrounding areas very well! She graduated from Wichita State University and worked in the social services field for five years before finding her true passion in real estate. Heather became a full-time real estate agent in 2018 and hasn’t looked back since! Heather is married to Blake and has three girls: Emery, Lily and their late daughter Blakely. Heather enjoys spending her time outdoors with her husband and daughters at their lake house, going to concerts and baseball games, and is constantly working on ways to carry out her youngest daughter’s legacy.

Heather’s love of real estate began as she was always looking at homes and wanted to work in a field that makes others happy! Heather works on the listing and buying sides of residential real estate. Helping clients prepare their homes to go on the market is one of her favorite parts of the job, as she enjoys assuring every box is checked off before the home is listed. On the buy side, finding clients the right home for their needs is a match-making experience Heather truly enjoys. The main thing Heather would like her clients to know is she is there to listen to their wants and needs and will assure their transactions run as smoothly as possible for every client to have a positive experience!
