Heather VanNess

Heather first got her start in real estate nearly 20 years ago in Brown County Indiana
where she specialized in vacation homes and golf course condominiums.  Over the
years she has worked in many aspects of not only real estate, but also the golf business
and property management in Bloomington and surrounding areas. For over a decade,
Heather has also held many positions on the Board of the Monroe County Apartment
Association. 
As a long-time Bloomington resident and an IU Grad (’98), she enjoys helping buyers
navigate the diverse Bloomington landscape and caters to her clients’ needs and
preferences all over Monroe County. She takes pride in making transitions from one
home to another as stress free as possible. Now she has moved to the FC Tucker
company expanding her reach and using her wealth of knowledge to expand her real
estate practice.
