Myers on-site builders with Toll Brothers, then moved here to the Jupiter area raising a family, then eventually owning our own Real Estate company in Palm Beach Gardens. Within our company, I started Homewatch which is caring and maintaining clients’ homes while they went back up north in the summertime.
I enjoy every part of real estate and taking care of my clients as a whole. Within the Homewatch business I acquired all the necessary vendors for all housing needs such as painters, roofers, movers, general contractors, etc. My goal is to take care of my clients needs beyond just buying or selling their house. It’s one of the most important transactions in most peoples lives. Because of this, it is important to feel comfortable with a professional who has compassion and integrity.
For sellers I do the research to guide you to price your home appropriately. I then bring our marketing team including high end professional photographers to showcase your home. For buyers I do the research and dig into the market to negotiate the best deal for you, and with our team of professionals at hand, we ensure your transaction goes smoothly.
