Hector and his team at DFW Home Finders are a class act. They were professional, knowledgeable, constantly going above and beyond while acting in my best interest. I could not have asked for more.
They did what they said they were going to do and got my house sold with the first offer at the first open house. It was a smooth transaction and I made connections for my next house.
I’ve referred Hector to my entire network of friends because great people are hard to find!

Hector was the best & came highly recommended by a friend of mine. He used his wealth of experience to help sell a duplex in record time. And he was on top of the sale offering advice & tips through the sale process.

I was surprised that he got us a great price as other realtors had struggled to sell the duplex for months and were pushing for us to lower the sale amount despite being a great property in a great location.

Great guy to work with. Very diligent. I highly recommend him. Thanks Hector & team.

Hector and his team were steadfast in what were our very narrow specifications of what we wanted. And was very patient when my better half wanted one thing, and I wanted another. Despite looking at so many listings that were never quite right, Hector stuck with us. I'm not sure why, as we were very picky. But as I always said, something will come about, which it did, and Hector worked us all through a very tight-^&*, i.e. budgeted seller, with a house that was a good fit for us. There was much negotiating between the offer and closing, but Hector stuck with it and got the job done. I have no complaints. In fact, after the fact, Hector was effective in connections for some of those minor repairs that most homes need. So, would I recommend Hector to you? Yes. He knows how to negotiate with stubborn sellers and gets results. I was surprised, but happily so. His staff also was on top of everything, contacting us for all things pertinent to the sale and with updates as to timelines and the paperwork process. Top notch. I'm not sure what Hector could do without these top assistants.

We used Hector to buy a new home and also used him to sell our previous home. Hector was a delight to work with and always kept us up to date on a status. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process on both the purchase and the sale and always had our best interest in mind when making decisions. Hector was always on time for showings and meetings with us and always available when we had questions. My husband and I had a great experience with Hector buying our new house, and we will be using him to sell our old house. Hector has many years of experience, which was truly valuable in the house searching process. He explained the process thoroughly, was flexible with our schedule, and was always punctual for appointments. He also understands that it may take time to find the right home; he was patient and calm throughout the process. We saw some houses that we did not want to make an offer on, and he would explain that seeing them in person was still a valuable experience for us to better understand what features we liked in a house. He also was very helpful in the negotiation process once our offer was accepted on our new home.

Another quality that makes him an exceptional realtor is his solid knowledge of housing construction and just about anything house-related. As we looked at houses, we spent a good amount of time observing the details to get a feel for how well maintained they were and if there were any potential issues that we should consider when making the offer or during the inspection period. On occasion, we would be looking at a house with other potential buyers, and we noticed not all realtors were as thorough in helping evaluate the house’s condition as Hector was.

In addition to being a great realtor, Hector is a kind and relatable person. During the house buying process, we met some of his other clients who also complimented his character. We are happy to recommend Hector to all of our friends and family.

Hector is a very experienced realtor with a very sound grasp of the market in the Frisco/ Plano north dfw area.

Thanks to listening to Hector, we were able to close on the first offer we put for a house. He was able to accurately guess what the appraisal will be helping up put a strong offer for our dream home.

I and my husband loved the experience of buying a house with Hector. Note the name “Its Hector Pimentel”. He was our realtor and working with him made our buying experience enjoyable and untroubled. Hector was super helpful, very knowledgeable and caring at the same time. We moved from Chicago to Dallas not knowing anything about this city. But Hector helped us not only in housing but also gave some useful tips and suggestions on how Texas works and what’s best in stored for my 10-year-old boy and on how to maintain the house and what all to be installed to be safe. He was always ahead of us in speaking with the builder or housing agent and getting things done. He gave all the information required to make the correct decision on purchasing our new house and how getting a private inspection done will be helpful (Which we were unaware as a new home owner).
Finally, I highly recommend Hector Pimentel, and anyone would be fortunate to have him as their agent as I know I will in the future would like to have him as our relator once again.
