I'm pride in calling South Florida home since 1994, originally from Puerto Rico. I serve in the US Army and The Florida National Guard, both as an non-commission officer and as an Officer for about 15yrs, which instilled in me the values of commitment, service and honor. Today I bring these same values to my career as a Realtor.
Having lived in various states and in Europe, I've gained a unique understanding of the complexities involved in moving to different areas, states or countries. I recognized that the transition into a new home is a significant step, and I am committed to walk with my clients every step of the way to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
With over 30 years of experience as a business owner and a degree in Business Administration with a focus in accounting and finance, I am well equipped to guide you thought the intricacies of real estate transactions. My diverse background has also fostered a deep appreciation for outdoors activities, from boating and hiking to water sports and motorcycle rides. I have a true passion for teaching Martial arts, which reflects my dedication to help others grow and achieve theirs goals.
My greatest passion of all is travel. I've explored not only in the United Estates but also venture to countries like South Korea, Greece, Egypt, China, The Caribbean, South and Central America, Paris, Germany, England, Austria, Spain and Hawaii among others. This love for travel has given me the a broad perspective and understanding of the difference needs and preferences of clients from various backgrounds and cultures.
I bought my first property when I was 20 years old, and it was through the guidance of exceptional Realtors that I navigated the complex world of real estate.
