In 2004 Hector Torres obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License; immediately after, he opened his own brokerage firm in Southern California helping his community in the hard process to buy and sell real estate; including, residential, land and commercial transactions; among, business opportunities deals. Throughout his career he had intensive and valuable education on the ever growing and changing Real Estate industry; earning the prestigious designations of: Certified Real Estate Specialist, Graduate from the Real Estate Institute, At Home With Diversity and Certified REO Specialist; among, numerous courses and seminars.
