As the daughter of a highly successful real estate professional, Heide not only inherited exposure to real estate, but also developed a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry.

After graduating from Florida State University, Heide moved to Los Angeles and worked in property management for Lantana Media Campus, which housed Revolution Studios and was the location for filming famed shows like “Curb Your Enthusiasm”.

She most recently worked for Cushman & Wakefield and was responsible for coordinating operations for 42 million square feet of commercial product, over 250 employees, and 4 different major markets across the entire state.

Heide Preiss has been a Tampa resident since 2009. In her free time, she enjoys family activities with her son and planning charity events.
