Heidi Bertucci

A residential real estate specialist and co-owner of Corcoran Pacific Properties, Heidi Bertucci was born and raised near Cologne, Germany. She speaks both German and English fluently, having been a resident of the U.S. for 19 years and Hawaii for 14 years.

Heidi lives an active lifestyle on Oahu, spending much of her free time hiking, stand-up paddling, and enjoying the beautiful Hawaiian sun with her husband, their two daughters Lani and Luna, and their two dogs. When she is not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, she also loves traveling abroad and getting to know new cultures.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Heidi had a successful career in sales in Germany, assisting clients with marketing and advertising their businesses. She has a remarkable work ethic, a strong commitment to honesty, and a genuine love of her work and interacting with buyers and sellers.

Since entering the real estate industry, Heidi has achieved excellent results for both domestic and international clients by listening to their needs and helping them understand the market and the transaction process. She has also worked with international television celebrities and appeared on multiple international television shows.

Creative with a sharp eye for design, Heidi assists with renovation recommendations and personally stages all of her listings. Her ability to transform homes has led to multiple record sales, and continues to ensure that each seller she represents receives top dollar.
