We recently bought a condo on Maui while we were on the mainland. We were unsure if we were going to be able to make it work. But with the help of Heidi, it worked flawlessly. We randomly selected Heidi to get some initial information. And are we glad we did! Not only did we get all of the initial information we desired, but we used her as our agent for the entire process. And she did a wonderful job. Her knowledge of real estate on the island is impressive. Her communication skills are outstanding. Her follow-up on every issue was top notch. When I decided to sell my vacation condo I asked a couple of people familiar with local real estate who they would recommend as a realtor; they both said Heidi. I called her to set up an interview. In less than 24 hours she came and presented a very well prepared evaluation of my property, ideas about pricing and a marketing plan. She asked questions and listened closely to my concerns. I signed with her on the spot. She always responded to all my concerns/questions immediately, and helped me through the paperwork. We had solid offers on the day the property was listed. Heidi helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each offer, and after some skillful negotiations, we accepted an offer well over asking price. It could not have been a better experience.
I would absolutely recommend Heidi for any real estate needs. She has an excellent understanding of the market and how to represent her clients. Heidi is both professional and personable - a very enjoyable combination!

After 5 failed attempts, mostly losing to all cash buyers, I met Heidi through a mutual friend and she was able to help me lands a sweet unobstructed ocean view condo on the west side of Maui. After talking with several other agents, we decided to work with Heidi on the buyer side. Throughout the entire transaction, Heidi was highly responsive. She provided good suggestions for lending and contractors. Heidi even did her own investigations to find out the name of contractors that renovated properties that we liked. She stuck with us until we found a place we liked and then provided detailed market analysis when we decided to make an offer. I never had to wonder the status of the deal because Heidi was proactive in communicating. Heidi remained calm and strategic even during our difficult negotiations. Thank you, Heidi.

Praise God for Heidi. When my family and I were first moving on island, we had great difficulty finding anything with our first realtor. I was looking for a very specific property. Heidi showed us a unit in Kahana Manor, guided us through our negotiation, was responsive and communicative with the sellers representative, and we quickly agreed to terms.

I have been on both sides of 16 home sales over the years and find Heidi to be the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were in a situation where we had to list and sell our Maui condo in quick order. Heidi responded to a request to qualify on a Sunday along with her team member Alan and they immediately set an action plan in motion in motion to stage the unit and get the the unit listed. Our requirements were a cash buyer and a quick close which she made happen. She represented the buyer as well without any conflict . You never find an agent better than Heidi.

Heidi was referred to us by our agent on Oahu when we decided to shift gears and buy a home on Maui. We went from seeing a house online late on a Sunday night to being in contract within a week. Heidi did a remarkable job describing the good and bad of the house. She went above and beyond by taking many room measurements and walking the neighborhood so as to be able to paint an accurate picture for us (google street view was not available). Months after closing when we were finally able to see the home we found the property to be exactly as described, there were no surprises. She did not undersell or oversell the home, she just gave accurate and honest feedback which resulted in us getting exactly what we were looking for.

She was responsive throughout the entire transaction. The initial negotiation and negotiation following inspections was flawless and we got everything we wanted out of it.

We will be using Heidi again and would recommend her to all.

We have worked with Heidi through the sell and purchase of two properties on Maui. When we made our first purchase, Heidi helped us learn about the area and made us keenly aware of all aspects of the property. She walked us through the purchase process and made the transaction seamless.
