Heidi is blessed to have a wonderful husband and four amazing young men! While a native of CA living in El Dorado Hills, CA happy as a clam, God had a dynamic plan...and she was honored to follow it! The Marshes were called to Texas in 2011 years ago and we absolutely LOVE it!
Heidi grew up in the Real Estate Industry. Her mother, Betty Gwiazdon, ran the Sacramento Valley Apartment Association for 29 years which put her right in the heart of investors, property managers and Realtors. Her professional career originally launched in Title and Escrow in 1982 and she spent over 15 years in various aspects of the industry, both behind the desk and in sales. Licensed in early 2000's she has remained a student of industry and the market, always seeking to perfect her craft and bring stellar experience to her clientele.
