We met Heidi a few years ago and she helped us rent a condo. When we started looking to buy a house we knew we had to call her because of our great experience the first time. She really makes you feel like you're her only clients and works for your best interest We put an offer on a house (that she wrote up for us at 10pm that night!) and shortly after things with our lender started falling apart. Heidi put us in touch with another lender that she recommended as well as helping us find an inspector. She was SO amazing during the entire process, we truly wouldn't have been able to purchase this home without all of her knowledge and patience! She really is the best and I will never in my lifetime work with anyone else!

Heidi did an amazing job helping us negotiate through a crazy foreclosed home purchase process with Fannie Mae! I was so lucky to be referred to Heidi. She showed me all different types of homes that were in my price range, and was always willing to be available. Her knowledge of the market was definitely second to none, and she has character that is truly unique. Heidi treated me like I was a relative, and gave me information, good or bad, on every home I was interested in pursuing. Nothing was sugar coated, and Heidi was there until the end (8 months!!) when we finally had an accepted offer! She will be my agent for life.

We needed to find a new house to rent immediately, because the house we had rented had black mold. With Heidi's help, we found a great house that is less rent and a nice house than what we had found previously. We were able to move within 2 weeks after we found the house.

We recently moved to SE Michigan from out of state, and Heidi was recommended by a family member who sold their home with her. Heidi has the right balance of patience and assertiveness, and she's pleasant through it all. She made us feel comfortable in our deliberating -- gave us time to think and also gave us encouragement to pull the trigger. Heidi helped us find just the right house. She actually wrote up our offer from the hotel office of her vacation destination out of the country (talk about responsive). Her efforts really impressed us, and she even impressed the family who sold us their home. We were selected over the other offers in part because Heidi's efforts demonstrated how much we wanted their home!
