My other niche is new construction and has been since 2003 so she would amend that to say new or newer homes. She spends time researching and keep up with the inventory of builders, watching for trends in our communities so she can analyze market conditions for her clients.

Before becoming a Realtor, she also received my BA in Communications from the University of Washington, graduating Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She continued to educate herself in real estate, completing the requirements for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
