I have lived in rural Carver/Scott County all my life and know the area well. I can find those hard to reach Hobby Farms or that great house in town. I offer buyers and sellers knowledge of the area, the communities and the local regulations. You will profit from my 25+ years of RE Experience.

The sale or purchase of a home is one of the biggest transactions most people make. It is a complicated process and my knowledge and attention to detail will make it go smoothly for you. I live in rural Carver County with my husband Glenn and 2 daughters from our combined family of 6 children. Glenn and I have both lived in this area all our lives. Glenn is a third generation farmer and I am a farmer's daughter, become farmer's wife. Our family enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hiking and biking.

Glenn and I have purchased several homes and refurbished them. We also recently completely remodeled the family farm home to become our new family home. So I do have knowledge about construction and rehab.

I serve as the clerk of our local township so I am involved in local regulations regarding Real Estate and local development. I am a council member at West Union Church , involved in Families Moving Forward, Love INC, school volunteer and active in several other community activities. Our family is licensed as foster parents and we do respite care for children in crisis.
