The sale or purchase of a home is one of the biggest transactions most people make. It is a complicated process and my knowledge and attention to detail will make it go smoothly for you. I live in rural Carver County with my husband Glenn on his family farm. We have a combined family of 6 children. Glenn and I have both lived in this area all our lives. Glenn is a third generation farmer and I am a farmer's daughter, become farmer's wife. Our family enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hiking and biking.
Glenn and I have purchased several homes and refurbished them. We currently have 2 homes that we run as AirBnBs. We live in Glenn's childhood home built in the 1940s that we have lovingly remodeled to become our new family home. All this means I do have some knowledge about construction and rehab.
I also serve as the clerk of our local township so I am involved in local regulations regarding Real Estate and local development. I am a council member at West Union Church, have been involved in Families Moving Forward, Love INC, school volunteering and several other community activities. We have made 5 trips to Texas to do mission/rehab work after hurricanes and floods. Until recently our family served as licensed foster parents doing respite care for children in crisis.
