She has lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1978 and calls Mercer Island her home. Her office is located in Bellevue, and she spends a lot of time both personally and with clients in the cities of Issaquah, Kirkland, Renton, Redmond and Seattle. She began working in property management in 1990 and obtained her real estate license in 1995. Her passion for real estate stems from the people she helps and seeing dreams become reality and now as a Certified Short Sale Negotiator, lives changed, and stresses lifted. She has high standards and believes that everyone cannot only own a home, and build wealth through real estate, but dwell in energy-efficient, money-smart, healthy, and therefore happy homes. As a green sustainable property designee, she can point out green home features, be the source of the source for green retrofit and help her clients with learning about local and national rebates for energy star appliances, water and lighting products. Her clients never buy condominiums without knowing if the building has construction defects or is not financeable due to homeowner association debt or occupancy issues. In addition, she serves on the www.archhousing.org citizen advisory board dedicated to developing low to moderate income housing in 15 Eastside cities.
