We had a very difficult sale of a trailer with a very uncooperative mobile home park owner and Helena handled the situation very well. She was always responsive even though the mobile home owner at West Adair Drive, Norristown, PA was extremely difficult to deal with and kept putting Helena in the middle of an ongoing lawsuit. I was appalled by what mobile home park owners can get away with in Montgomery County, PA, it would be good to see actions taken by the County and check these places if they are following the codes and how they can hold up a sale of a mobile home based on their like or dislike of a potential buy of a trailer thats not even owned by them. Again, through all this, Helena was a great realtor and I would highly recommend her.
