Thank you for taking time to read a little about me. My name is Hellen Schmid and I am a Managing Broker with Century 21 Real Estate Center in Lynnwood,. I received my Real Estate license in 1974 and have over 24 years experience and knowledge of the local areas. I was born and raised in this great Puget Sound area. Attended the University of Washington and started selling homes mostly in Seattle neighborhoods. As I sold more I started selling in outlying communities until I covered most of King and Snohomish counties. There is a lot of beauty that surrounds this area. I specialize in all types of real estate. I have marketed and sold resale homes, new homes, land, condominiums, mobile/manufactured homes and commercial sites. I will say that I have not sold a houseboat - almost did.. and had fun learning about them. I speak the Finnish language and used to speak a little French (don't think I could remember much now)
