Team at Aashram are passionate about their work and I would strongly recommend them for your real estate needs. My experience with Hemen has been really good, I found him very informed, diligent, data-driven, and one who understood the line between suggestive and pushy (helpful and directing clients right, as opposed to just looking for a transaction). He steered me, based on my likes and wants, from looking at a used home to considering a new construction. I would absolutely work with him again.

Buying a first house is always challenging and tough decision. We did gathered information on house buying process from internet, speaking with friends and from here and there, but still that did not gave us 100% confidence to proceed with buying a new house .

We started thinking about the maintenance, cost after the house is purchased, is there any hidden cost which might come up later all this sort of things were going on. I had a call with one of my friend and he suggested to have a discussion with Hemen. I did gave a call to Hemen and I believe he was on vacation enjoying holidays, but he did picked up my call and was very responsive and attentive. Hemen did said when he is back from vacation, he will get in touch with me and he did that.

Heman met with us and explained us all the process , apart from this he also shared his experience on house buying process. He did took us to his house and showed us all the important selection that he has done which purchasing a house , what he would have changed and some of things that he did not liked about his selections. Having a virtual tour of a house and getting an explanation on what things are required and making a best selection helped us to proceed further with the home buying process.

We did bought a home from Veridian in Middleton Ridge and Heman acted as an buyer’s agent for us. Instead of agent, I would say Heman acted as a guardian and provided us the right directions and information. Heman took all the questions that Veridian had and explained us what that meant, He was more focus on how to make the process smooth and beneficial for both the parties. It was a win-win situation for both of us.

Even today I have any question on Home or maintenance Heman is a person to reach out. He has a strong connection with all the home related sources and lot of knowledge on how the things works and flows.
