Henry Mabry

Hank serves as President of Mabry Commercial Properties, LLC and has been a commercial broker since 1984. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM) in 1992 and concentrates in office, industrial, warehouses, retail, land transactions and investment properties.

With decades of landlord and tenant-representation experience, Hank has brokered many significant sales throughout the Carolina’s, including retail, industrial/warehousing complexes, timberland & recreational properties, site selection for various retail users, large tracts of development land, and the development of a medical office park. He is a 1031 exchange specialist, knowledgeable in the interaction of closing complex deals.

When he’s not working, Hank enjoys being outside and spending time with his family.
