Henry McEachern

Henry, owner of Henry & Company Real Estate is a local industry expert in Wilmington area Real Estate. His family history dates back to the 1700’s when they settled in Wilmington. As a Wilmington native and lifelong resident, Henry brings an unmatched wealth of area knowledge to his real estate clients whether they are buying or selling.

Henry’s experience and success in real estate is shaped from his past career as a NC Licensed General Contractor. Henry began building homes in the mid 1990’s, building both spec homes to sell and custom homes for clients. Licensed in real estate in 1999, Henry began selling the homes he built and his love for selling real estate grew. Today, Henry was one of the top producing agents at RE/MAX Essential from 2010-2017, earning the platinum, chairman, and Hall of Fame awards along the way making him one of the top agents in the Re/Max system. Although Henry has the unique knowledge from being a native to the area, a builder, and a real estate broker, he strives to continually learn more to give his clients the best resource to achieve their real estate goals. This is why he is constantly educating himself in new trends in Real Estate and new technologies that will enhance the home selling experience of his clients. Henry holds membership in the local Wilmington Association of Realtors, the NC Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Henry is a Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant and is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.

The center of Henry’s life outside of Real Estate is his family. He spends his free time with his wife of 27 years, Ann, raising his family of three children teaching them all about life (and learning a bit about life from them as well). They enjoy family time at the beach or on their boat.
