First of all, I just want to thank you for taking the time to check out my site. I hope you find it helpful and will come back often. My goal is to educate, facilitate, and encourage successful Real Estate Transactions for my clients. It's not always easy, but I enjoy the challenge of solving my client's most difficult Real Estate transactions.
I'm from Southern California originally and graduated from the University of California at Irvine with my bachelor's degree in Economics. My Real Estate career started in 1989 working with Household Finance, Inc. helping borrowers consolidate their credit card debts. Shortly after I found a small mortgage firm in Downey California called Diversified Mortgage where I continued my Real Estate education.
By 1993 I found myself working for a small beachfront Firm, L B Brokerage, Inc., a Real Estate Brokerage situated in the Belmont Shore area of Long Beach. I became the President of their Lending Division helping borrowers purchase and refinance their homes and investment properties. L B Brokerage allowed me to not only sell properties but also broker mortgages to several wholesale mortgage bankers in the area
I've played investor too, by having purchased and managed 21 single-family residences, some fully furnished. I've owned, remodeled, and operated Naples Cleaners and Laundromat in Long Beach, and I've had many Time Shares as well, by mistake :(! So please, if you ever have a question concerning Real Estate, I'm sure I'll have an opinion on the subject.
In 2001 while on vacation in Las Vegas, I started investing and purchased several Vegas homes. I have worked in Los Angeles/Orange County Real Estate Markets and Now Las Vegas.
By 2016 it was time to move forward and I chose to hang my hat with Berkshire Hathaway Nevada/California Properties. I'm blessed to be a part of the Berkshire Hathaway family working as an agent in both locals. It's truly an honor to be working with, what I believe, is the top Real Estate Firm in the world.
My day begins early, at 5:30 am before the market opens on Wall Street. I Swing & Day trade the morning session till 8:15 am. The rest of the day is spent hitting the gym to stay fit and healthy and meeting new clients I can help. I was in love with the Mortgage business but I'm enjoying the Real Estate side of the business more now. Hopefully, you have found my adult life story interesting enough to want to work with me as your agent.
