I've had Henry when I was originally purchasing my house 7 years ago and then selling my house just now. Both times it's been a professional experience, someone who meets deadlines, who's team will keep you informed throughout all steps of the process, had the knowledge to answer all of my questions and will help you all steps of the way. We had a month to close on the house but the buyer wanted to close a week earlier and Henry was able to make that happen. It may have been due to the current market conditions but we were able to sell our property for a lot more than what asked and through it Henry gave good advice on how to go about selling the property. It matters a lot who's on your team when you're going through a property transaction where any portion of it can be stressful, and for them to have the ability and knowhow to make it as seamless and smooth as possible. Overall, I've been thoroughly satisfied with Henry and his team and I give a strong recommendation to use him as your realtor.

I was a first time home buyer that was new to the San Bernardino area. Henry Tran was recommended to me by a family friend and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking or selling a house. He and his team are very knowledgeable about the home buying process and guided me throughout the way. He got us the home we wanted at a great deal! He was patient with us and explain all the intricacies that is associated with closing a deal. Overall, Henry and his team were very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Excellent experience with Henry and his team. Fast and efficient in their communications. Henry was able to arrange painting contractors to paint the interior of the home. He also helped arranged other for a couple of minor fixes the buyers asked for. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend.

No word can describe Henry’s service in my opinion. He was such a nice and helpful person in finding my new home. My husband and I got our first house in a very short amount of time due to his quick response. He went over all of the paperwork deeply as he wanted to make sure that everything about the house was clear before we signed and closed the escrow. When we relocated to Northern California, Henry Tran and his team helped us list our house or sale and got it ready for an open house within a couple of days. However, shortly after we listed the house, the circumstances revolving around our relocation had changed and we decided to rent out our home instead of selling it. You might think Henry would be upset as the commission for lease is much less than that of for sale. But Henry took it easy. " Your best interests first" he told us. He put the house for lease right way and found qualified tenants just in 2 days . Henry is now managing our property while we are 400 miles away. We sleep well at night knowing our home is in good hands and we don’t have to worry about anything, and we couldn’t be happier.
