Most of us choose people in the service industry without truly understanding who we've hired. There is no review process or interview that takes place. Most clients simply agree to work with the first person that contacts them and can potentially find out the hard way that they should have done their homework. After 12 years of being licensed in the real estate industry, I put my education and tenacity to work for you. I sell nothing, I simply consult to those I take on as clients.
When you take a consultative approach to a real estate transaction, you understand your client and their needs. In doing so, you can secure the property outcome by creating a road-map to their success. I absolutely love what I do and I take each outcome to heart. Spending so much time with my clients through the escrow process creates a relationship of trust. There is no other profession that could satisfy my ability to be a strategist, a problem solver and a friend.
