Herman Sanchez specializes in new construction and existing residential properties working along with his team mate and wife Klaudia Link, both will be assisting buyers and sellers in the Sarasota County area.

Herman understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. Because of his 42 years working for corporations, he has moved throughout the world and has built, bought, sold and rented properties, so he understands your apprehensions very well.
He is local resident and has been coming to the area for the past 25 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in math and mechanical engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. His planning and strategic development skills together with strong customer service, marketing, and negotiation skills will provide customers with a rewarding real estate experience.
