Hilde Webber loves helping people find not just a house but a home. Home is where you love to get back to after a hectic day of work. It is a place that reflects your dreams and Hilde has spent a significant part of her life pursuing this goal. Her areas of specialty include residential homes and condos. She also enjoys working with investors with a couple of commercial transactions already in the bag. Having lived in four different countries, you could say that she is a seasoned veteran of moves. Therefore, she understands what it feels like to settle into a new area and get that feeling of home again. This is one of the many reasons why she works so hard to make every transaction come together smoothly. With Hilde, it is more than just a client-realtor relationship. She believes in getting to know her clients to find out their exact needs and make it happen. This has resulted in a lot of past clients becoming friends for years. Although Hilde has several designations including two staging designations, she continues to attend real estate educational classes to remain up-to-date as she believes that the learning process never ends.

In her search for the perfect place where she could better represent her clients and herself, Hilde came across Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty. Having been a realtor since 2004, she was more than glad to be a part of an international company that would help her put the needs of her clients at the forefront, whether buying or selling. However, Hilde has not always been into real estate. She has a background as a broadcast television producer, where she had the privilege of producing an environment-themed television program at a young age. She once hunted for the perfect cinematographic shots of animals in the wild, but now she hunts for houses, and she loves every minute of it.

Throughout the span of her long career, Hilde has so far received several awards, including the 5 Star Award from Seattle Magazine for the past 11 years for “Best in Client Satisfaction.” Outside of work, she is passionate about wildlife and environmental issues. She is also the mother of two adult children and participates in exciting car shows with her husband.
