Hilery was our realtor for selling our house. She made the process extremely easy and pleasant. Constant communication at all times, she lets you know everything and well in advance. Although it is 4 years since we worked with Hilery to sell our home in Middletown, I am grateful every day for her expertise in the process. As we had already moved out of the area, Hilery took care of everything promptly and professionally. She was available by phone or text whenever we needed. When we were impatient she assured us it would sell soon, it did and Hilery took care of all the details getting to settlement with her cheerful disposition. Little did we know when that little girl moved in next door all those years before, she would grow up to be the amazing realtor and person she is. It was a privilege working with Hilery.

I met Hilery by chance, at an open house. She was showing a home in our neighborhood. We were curious. We talked a bit, and hit it off immediately. I left with her card, and she with my number. My husband and I planned to sell, just didn't know when. Fast forward a couple years, all the while this lady kept in touch, more like a friend. Finally, the time came for us to sell. Let me tell you...through these crazy times, she was a great guide. She moved fast, was extremely honest, she never let things stress her out, and was a champion at keeping her cool. I aspire to be more like that! She was never more than a call or text away when I needed something, even when she was on vacation in Jamaica! I had something of a roller coaster ride between selling, and finding a new home. Hilery fought for me, when I didn't think my home was a appraised at a fair market value. Helped me come to an agreement with my buyers, that we could all live with. Educated me more on housing market, and over all, was a great compass, moral and otherwise. She never was more than a few hours returning a call or text. She introduced me to some fine people, lenders, associate realtors, fix it people, etc...I truly can't say enough nice things about this lady. I could write a book! She was so attentive to all my needs, and situation. She's like a breath of fresh air! Hilery also has a life of her own, children, hubby, friends, and pets. I just don't know how she does it! I would recommend her to everyone! She's just awesome! If you're looking for a realtor that moves fast (you have to in this market), super honest, personable, and always has a helpful remedy, she's your girl! Hilery is a SUPERSTAR! One in a million, just amazing, lovely, and wonderful all the time!! Now, she's truly a friend, and close to my heart!

I had such an amazing experience with Hillary throughout my whole home buying process. Not one time did I feel uncomfortable. She answered all my questions (since it was my first home purchase) promptly and showed up when needed. I definitely plan on staying in contact with her for the future.

Hilery was fantastic! From start to finish she was attentive and very knowledgeable about the whole process. She explained everything to us thoroughly and worked on our behalf to get the most out of our sale. It was an emotional experience for our family and she handled it with professionalism but also empathy. We could call or text her any time. She responded quickly and kept us in the loop. Over time, she became a trusted friend. Our sale came with some unexpected complications but she went to bat for us. She came to our home and helped us handle some stuff on the property herself! She's the real deal. If you're selling your home in the area, go with Hilery as your agent. You wont regret it! :)

My husband and I were in search for a home in Maryland while in South Carolina. We sold our home in SC in a day and needed to find a home in Maryland quickly. Hilery worked hard in the tight market to find us properties. We purchased a new build home and rented for 2 months. Hilery was there checking on progress and us, weekly. We not only sold our home with Hilery but we also purchased a home with Hilery.We were very specific in what we wanted to purchase, she didn’t waste our time looking at homes that didn’t check our boxes. She was very honest, reliable and trust worthy. I’m technically challenged when it comes to scanning all the documents that was needed for closing. I made a call to Hilery and she was more than willing to handle it for me. She comes highly recommended in my book! I’d definitely use her again.

Hilery has been a great friend of mine for many years, and so when it was time to purchase my next home in Frederick I knew she was the right realtor for me. She was able to find the perfect property, in the perfect location, in my budget, during a very hot real estate market. She was able to work with the seller (a real estate developer that she’s worked with many times before) on negotiating a very good deal on the property, including closing exceptionally fast, which was important to me. The home inspector, and title company she recommended were phenomenal to work with as well! Both were very professional, affordable, truly pleasant, local, small businesses. Not only was it fun shopping for my next home with a great friend by my side, I knew I was in great hands with her professionalism, attention to detail, personal attentiveness, genuine care for her clients, and robust local knowledge and connections. I recommend her to all of my friends and family in the area, and if/when I have real estate needs again, Hilery will be the one I call!
