With over 11 years in real estate, Hogan brings a blend of experience, creativity, and a passion for luxury properties to every client relationship. He has helped buyers and sellers in iconic communities like the Hotel Del Coronado’s Shore House, the Waldorf Astoria Residences in Costa Rica, and the Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country in Fredericksburg.

Originally from South Carolina’s Lowcountry near Hilton Head Island, Hogan graduated from the College of Charleston in 2015 with a Business Administration degree focused on Real Estate. He started out in Charleston as a Marketing Coordinator for a luxury boutique real estate firm and quickly moved up to lead a sales team of 15 agents, honing his skills in digital marketing and client relations.

In 2017, Hogan relocated to San Diego, where he expanded his expertise managing a large commercial and industrial property portfolio, working for top firms like Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield. He has also lived in Costa Rica and Texas, gaining unique insights from each location. Now back in California, Hogan enjoys spending his free time hiking, biking, and kayaking.

Though he’s worn many hats, Hogan’s heart is in luxury real estate sales — a world where creativity, strategy, and personal connection all come together.
