Holland grew up in rural Tennessee and graduated from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky with a degree in Applied Communications. He came into a summer job called the Southwestern Advantage during his sophomore year of college where he also sold educational products for three summers door-to-door. His experience with direct selling has taught him the importance of challenging work, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and consistency.
