I met Holly while looking at houses and loved her enthusiasm and energy. She's funny, honest and scrupulously ethical and trustworthy. Poor Holly must have shown me 40 or 50 houses until we found just the right spot because we kept changing our minds about what we wanted. She didn't ever complain, it was like we were on an adventure together! Holly wants you to love your new home because it's for you! No settling and never pressure. Holly helped us sell our house fast for our target price and negotiated our wonderful new property for a good price. I recommend Holly Eckles to everyone! She's helped some of my friends buy properties in Oregon with the same spirit and honesty. We all love Holly and we all love where we landed.
I've bought and sold a number of houses in my lifetime and wouldn't think of making another move without her. Holly is a 5 star realtor and a 5 star person.

Holly thinks outside the box and listens to exactly what her clients are looking for, she’s not just filling out the form. We had been searching in the Salem area for more than a year and were on our second realtor. They just type in the list of how many beds and baths and square feet. Holly sent us to one that was somewhat outside list, but really fit our personalities, just in case. Bingo! She is creative and knowledgeable and energetic. Her tenacity will get you the home of your dreams in this unprecedented market and beware, she will steal your heart in the process.

I highly recommend Holly Eckles of EXP Realty. Holly has helped me find the perfect home for my sister and her roommate. It was so perfect they acted quickly on the very first home Holly showed them. I was assisting them with financing. Holly went out of her way to make sure we were aware of all of the things we needed to consider to get the best quality for the costs we could afford.

Her friendly and personable manner was instrumental in seeking her help on how to consider the steps I need to take to prepare our rental property for a family health issue that will force us to need some large funding within the next 5-7 years.

Another characteristic I appreciate about Holly is her commitment to financing and making opportunities to support veterans and other community members that may need assistance. Beyond her responsible and respectful approach to the community she reaches out in many ways to insure that her past clients are honored and valued. Holly is the best!! She goes over and above for her clients. We lived out of town, which made it difficult for us. We bought our 1st house from Holly site unseen; just pics and Holly's help. It was just the house we wanted and in the neighborhood we wanted. We then bought another house from her and our daughter and son-in-law also bought a house from her. So I would say we really like her and her work ethic.
