Holly Hultgren initially joined The Kahler Team as a Closing Coordinator in August 2017. Prior to joining she was a full-time Realtor. Holly decided after 2 years working with our team in closings that her passions still resided in Sales, and in September of 2019 she moved into a Sales position with the team. We are excited to continue to watch her grow and prosper! With her previous experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Holly brings a wealth of experience to the Kahler Team. She pays great attention to detail and has a heart for serving her customers and clients with excellence.

Holly graduated from Wayne State College in Nebraska with a BA in Business Management. She has gone on to receive designations in Real Estate as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), one of the highest designations in the industry. She has also completed BOLD training with Keller Williams.

Holly and her husband Scott have lived in Rapid City since 2002 and have raised three children. She has been involved in several Habitat for Humanity home build projects, and served on the site selection committee for the local HFH board. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and biking and has completed the 109-mile Mickelson Trail Trek each year since 2010.

She loves the Black Hills area and looks forward to helping clients achieve their real estate goals as part of the best real estate team in town!
