I have used the Milstead team for all of my real estate needs for years. Whether buying or selling Holly has always come through! The last move was from Colorado back to Texas. I was moving about 50 miles from McKinney and she made multiple trips to show me houses all over the North TX area. And when it came to close the deal I was on the beaches of Oregon and she was able to do everything on line and keep me informed! During the whole experience the team put me at ease, which isn’t easy. Morgan is a great addition to her team, I know her to be very detail oriented and organized, and would not hesitate to use her!

Over the course of nearly a year, Holly helped to guide us through the process to find another home. Holly Milstead was our realtor during the sale of our home. First thing she told us about Curbio. They are a company that specializes in rehabbing homes. We had to move completely out of the house to let them do their thing. Holly was there to handle anything and everything that came up. Anytime I asked about a concern, she had already taken care of it. Holly has so many resources that she has acquired during her and her family's being the Milstead Team that everything ran smoothly. She makes excellent design and color choices but if you have something that is a deal breaker for you, no problem. I can honestly say that Holly made this process as pain free as is possible. Curbio did a wonderful job. Holly was there on site frequently checking the progress and ensuring that it met her/our standards. She was able to talk me or my husband off the ledge a few times. Her assistant often contacted us to make sure we stayed in the loop. Debbie Castleberry was always professional and so helpful if we needed anything that she coukd provide.
