We had a wonderful experience working with Holly and her husband, Mike. The property we purchased was done through an auction, and the auction ended on the 4th of July. Holly was right there on a busy summer holiday bidding on the property for us. She and Mike made themselves available any time we had questions, and we had many. Holly was great to work with! She was actually the seller's agent and we were the buyers. We didn't have our own agent so Holly was super helpful with all of the paperwork and answering our logistical questions. She was professional, gave quick responses, and was flexible with multiple tours and lots of questions from us. She and her husband even lent us their trailer for moving after we closed!
