About Holly

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Holly Switow attended University of Louisville. She has been active in real estate for over a decade.

Prior to joining Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Holly worked for 15 years in Washington, DC. She was awarded a Schedule C political appointment to the Reagan and Bush administrations and after that, Holly worked for various professional associations, including the American Trucking Association and American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Being a diligent professional with a dedicated work ethic, Holly also started her own telemarketing business. When she moved to Sarasota, Florida with her family, Holly needed something more. She began her career in real estate as an assistant to a few agents, working on various marketing needs.

Holly is a calm analytical person with a get-it-done attitude. A good listener, she likes to connect with clients on a personal level to learn what they are trying to accomplish through either a sale or purchase. She understands that selling or purchasing a home is a weighty decision. It is Holly’s goal to keep her clients fully informed and help them make the best decision possible.

Holly is a member of the REALTORS® Association of Sarasota and Manatee and the Moose Lodge #2188 on Anna Maria Island.

Outside of real estate, Holly enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family.
