About Holly

Athena Real Estate Group was for formed in August 2008 by Holly and Grant Whitworth for the purpose of specializing in Real Estate Owned properties in the North East Georgia area. Holly and Grant recognized the need for a company that strictly handles REO properties and understands the process of selling these type assets. Due to the strong demand for their superior service, they have expanded their area to include all of North East Georgia. Athena's clients are a mix of national lenders, hedge funds, private equity groups and local banks.

Athena handles all aspects of the foreclosure process from the time of procession to the sale of the property. This includes checking occupancy within 24 hours of receiving a new property, performing "cash for keys" when needed, trash outs, sales cleans, repairs, turning on and maintaining all utilities, winterization, lawn maintenance and weekly inspection of all properties.
