Hope's legal background began as Real Estate Law Associate with the esteemed law firm of Perkins Coie and later as lead in-house counsel for Executive Life's real estate portfolio, where she negotiated, sold, and closed over $500 Million in real estate assets. As a corporate real estate professional, Hope has a proven track record of knowing the market and building community relationships, with attention to a finely tuned marketing plan. Hope brings the same focus and approach to her residential real estate clients. Hope is able to draw upon her experience as Vice President for Bank of America's corporate real estate holdings and her later experience as Senior Director of Real Estate Strategy for Gap, Inc. to ensure that her clients are provided with the same high-quality investment and marketing advice when purchasing or selling their home. Hope received her J.D. degree from USC Law School where she served on the Computer Law Journal and her B.A. degree in History from UCLA, with highest honors and the distinction of Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Hope has been a licensed broker since 1999. Hope and her husband have three children, two attending Burlingame High School. She is an active board member of the Hillsborough Beautification Foundation, serves as Burlingame High's Scholar's Circle Co-Chair, is a former board member for the Hillsborough Schools Foundation, and supporting contributor of Aim High (a non-profit educational organization for under-served communities). Hope is actively involved with local community associations and sports leagues.
