Let me tell you why you want Hope Rhoades to be your realtor. Over a year ago, Hope was a listing agent on a home we were interested in looking at. Sadly, at that time the house was under contract and was about to be closed on. However, we never knew that a mere text would begin the house hunting saga for me and my husband, Matthew. We looked, searched the internet, did not know where we wanted to really live and after loads of disappointments, taking breaks in the process, and trusting Hope to be by our side - we closed on our first home Friday, March 15, 2024. Hope is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and will let you ask her ANYTHING and if she does not know the answer - she has a plethora of connections that she will get you to the right person, to have the right answer. She guided us, encouraged us, and cheered us on through everything along this journey. I never knew a realtor would become someone so special in my life, but Hope really has. If you want a connection with someone who will listen, be patient, and will give space (if you need it) - Hope is for you! I now have a lifelong friend!

Hope is the best realtor we’ve ever used and we’ve used 3 others before we found her. We have bought and sold 5 houses with her, and will use her again if we move again. She’s very professional, and kind, and she will fight to get you the best deals/contracts she can when buying and selling. As a first time home buyer, I was pretty nervous about the process and had a billion questions. Hope answered every question with a smile each time I called her. She never kept me waiting on an answer either. She was quick on her toes with the offers, counter offers, showings, inspections, everything!
