I have bought and sold many properties over the the last three decades and engaged the services of many real estate brokers -- by far, the Hourihan Group (Kevin and Vinette's staging of my home, technical expertise, knowledge of the near-by other listing, patience and execution) exceeded both my expectations and any other prior experience I've had with other agents.
