Howard Friedman

Howard joined Compass Commercial in April of 1998 after 25 years in the restaurant industry. He uses his business background and knowledge of the region to assist clients in business mergers and acquisitions, as well as leasing and sales of commercial and industrial properties. Howard has been a Bend resident for 37 years. He is a member of the Bend Chamber of Commerce, the Oregon and National Association of Realtors (OAR and NAR), and the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. Howard was awarded the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2002, one of only 5% of commercial brokers nationwide.
