As a foreigner to be U.S. the selling and closing process was a bit daunting. Hugo guided me through it all and in the languages that I needed (Spanish and English), and in the process he became a friend (a very knowledgeable friend) who I could ask my questions to and who would help me out in the moments of need.

Btw, all of my process was done remotely, with me outside of the U.S, which presented yet another set of challenges which Hugo helped me figure out. Hugo has very good experience working with buyers and sellers located outside the U.S.

I had a great experience working with Hugo and I look forward to doing business with Hugo again.

Amazing experience with Hugo. He was extremely honest and consistent with his communication throughout the entire process. He did everything in his power to make sure our interest was always considered and negotiated on our behalf to make sure we had the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend his services and even helped me with junk removal. Honestly he made the impossible possible and I can’t thank him enough. I’ve dealt with a handful of realtors (family as well) no one came close to being as involved and insightful as Hugo. As a first time multi unit property owner, Hugo found the best opportunities for me, he would send me different properties daily with estimated monthly payment, market rent in the area, what the units were being rented for previously, and what they could be rented for according to the surrounding area. Never was he pushy with the properties we would go see , would actually give his input instead on repairs and issues he think I might have going forward if I were to own the place(as he is a multi unit property owner himself) In the end I was stuck between 2 properties and looked for his advice once again, he was honest and even helped sway me to the property that was less commission for him, but move in ready & a good start for me to learn as a first time property owner. I’ll definitely be working with him on all my future properties.
