Hunter is a professional, organized, and honest. It is great having a realtor that keeps everything on track. He helped us see issues with houses we might not have been able to catch as we do not shop for houses often. He was even willing to get in the dirt to check out crawl spaces to look at foundations. We didn't have to look at many houses because the second house we looked at we knew we wanted; however, he was willing to set up appointments and look further if we wanted to just make sure our house was what we wanted. He knew the right questions to ask, and all of the paperwork and procedures were easy. Thank you Hunter for helping us buy our farm!

We never felt rushed or pressured when looking at houses. He gave us time but also sent us new homes he thought we would like. Hunter was easy to work with and goes the extra mile for his clients!
