I am so sorry that this is a late review but I have to do it.
Ian.. what can I say, "we love Ian". I told him all the time he has patience of Steel dealing with me. Things in my world tend to happen in waves and he got to feel how those waves happen in the months trying to help me find my house and get into my house.
I so appreciate this young gentleman. He has been a pleasure and I mean an absolute pleasure to work with, with it being my first experience with a realtor.
I would highly recommend him to help you find what you're looking for.
He stuck it out to the brutal end with me.

Ian is the best!!! He singlehandedly was able to get us the land we wanted for the price we wanted! He did this all from the other side of the country. My family and I are currently in Virginia and he was so willing to help us from that distance. When it came time to visit the Fairbanks area he made our trip more than worth it. His preparation was second to none. He ensured that we had appropriate accommodations including taking us on a riverboat to see a variety of properties. I am so impressed by his utmost professionalism and humility that I immediately referenced him to my family and friends. I will continue to seek him out for any and all realty needs.
