We had an outstanding experience working with the Ian Perler Team at KW Empower, and especially with our realtor, Cat Lavell. Cat helped us sell our home in Brewerytown for $10,000 over asking and we were under contract in less than a week—during a time when only five other homes over $400,000 had sold in our neighborhood over the prior three months. Our home also spent the least amount of time on the market compared to those sales.

Beyond the impressive results, Cat was truly exceptional to work with. She was thoughtful, devoted, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process—far more than any realtor we’ve worked with in the past. She went above and beyond at every step, kept us informed, advocated for us, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even positive.

We couldn’t recommend Cat Lavell or the Ian Perler Team highly enough. If you’re looking for a realtor who delivers results and genuinely cares about her clients, Cat is the one.

We first worked with Ian a few years ago when purchasing an additional Residential Property, in Manayunk, to be used as an Income Producing Rental Property. The experience was Great. This month we wanted to Sell one of our other Income Producing Rental Properties. Ian and his team were great to work with during the entire sale process. From the moment we decided to sell to the when the sale was completed, my wife and I I were kept informed and up to date the entire time.
Ian helped ensure we listed at a price that was competitive by providing a list of recent sales in our building and equivalent properties nearby and we achieved a sale price that satisfied us. Arranging and agreeing to showings was easy through the use of the MyHome app and we were notified of any last minute changes by call or text. We also received weekly status updates regarding number of showings and commentary in regards to buyer interest.
During the completion of the sale, Ian and Ed provided a detailed checklist of what needed to be completed and when and ensured everything was plain sailing. A thoroughly knowledgeable and professional outfit I would thoroughly recommend Ian Perler services to anyone.
