Ian Steen

Ian’s main focuses at Steen Realty and Development Corporation are new development, project management, customer management and Real Estate sales.

Ian is a graduate of The University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business with a degree in business management specifically two majors; Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. After college, Ian spent two years working outside of Boston for a Service Supply Chain Company and began working full time for Steen Realty and Development Corporation in 2014. Ian has been working as a Real Estate Salesperson for Steen Realty (formerly Holding-Steen Real Estate) since 2013.

Ian is responsible for project management for Steen Realty and Development, with a focus on the company’s single-family homes division. He handles the facilities management of some of the company’s rental properties and directs the residential real estate sales of the firm’s portfolio.
