A dear friend of mine has known Ida personally for years. She both bought and sold her house through Ida-with nothing but wonderful things to say. So, when my husband and I were ready to purchase, it was a no brainer. Ida was kind, knowledgable, punctual, and professional throughout the entire process. We've been in our house for a year and a half now and when the time comes, we will definitely utilize her services again to sell and buy.

Where do I start? We were first time home buyers who happened to see a listing for a house we both instantly loved. We were unsure of how the process worked or what the steps here, or where to start. Thankfully we had Ida in our corner. She answered every question we had. Was extremely responsive and the upmost professional. She made us feel at ease and confident in our choice. This house was the first house we toured and the first we put an offer on. She wrote a rock solid offer and our offer (although it wasn't the highest) was chosen. I have no doubt that we only got the house because of Ida. Buying for the first time during a pandemic was insane and stressful. But having Ida in our corner, guiding us, was the secret weapon we needed. She has her finger on the pulse and is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone ❤

Ida was the best realtor a first time home buyer could ask for. To prepare us ahead of time, she offered a free, private (Covid safe) home buyers' class, and was always available to answer our numerous questions.

With the current real estate market in our area, my husband and I were concerned that we may not be able to find a home that met our needs while also staying within our budget. Despite the extremely competitive market, each home Ida showed us was selected with our unique desires in mind. Ida found the perfect home for us, and helped us put together the best offer, which would stand out among the competition.

Ida is a busy lady - but you wouldn't know it being her client. You always feel as though her time is being 100% dedicated to you. She doesn't care about the bottom line, she just cares about getting you into a home that is perfect for YOU. I scouted out some houses with her and her husband and we made an offer on one and I left the area to be with my family. That house fell through because we weren't comfortable with a lot of the issues that came up in the home inspection. Ida literally went above and beyond to help us find a new house when we were out of state and in two different states (military) and the house she found is literally eons better than the one we originally wanted. She never steps out of your life and is always there to answer questions even after you have finished the buying process. This is why Ida does so well as a realtor and why she has so much business. She is THE best

Ida Bear is the perfect realtor! Ida has a unique ability to know just what the seller or buyer needs when looking to sell or purchase a home. Ida was amazing! Having never been to the area, she had so much knowledge to share with us and she helped us get to know the area from across the US. She coordinated us buying our home from a different time zone and made sure to take pictures and videos often to update/ let us see the house as it was being built! Ida is an amazing realtor. Her knowledge of the Kitsap County area and her ability to relate to her clients is unmatched. I know she has many clients at any given time, but I think her most impressive quality is that when she is dealing with a client, she treats them like they’re the only one she has at any given point. She gives her clients full, undivided attention and she goes way out of her way to make sure everything is perfect in the home-buying/selling process. She helped us (a military family moving across the country) buy a home, sight unseen. When in reality it wasn’t, because she went to the home MANY times to video chat as well as Video Record walking through the home. She helped us sell the same home a year later when I ended up deploying. She goes way above and beyond, but that’s what makes her the best. I have referred many friends to her, and they are all impressed with her. I will continue to refer any and everyone to her, since she is simply an amazing human and an even better realtor.

I’m an investor so I have met many realtors over the years. Ida stands out as one of the best. She is professional and always prepared. She is well respected in the industry and has excellent relationships with other realtors which is crucial to getting deals closed and with many contractors which is useful if problems arise. If you need a recommendation; Ida will send you a list of vetted providers. All this and she’s also a very nice person.

Ida helped us find and buy the perfect home for us from 8,000 miles away. She went above and beyond measuring and marking the house to make sure our furniture fit and sending us videos of every square inch of the house and the neighborhood. Additionally, since we’ve moved in, she continues to help with references for landscapers and contractors for upgrades we want and just general information about our new neighborhood, like HOA information and restaurant recommendations. When it’s time for us to sell we will 100% use Ida again and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone and everyone.
