About Ilir

I was born and raised in Albania, a small country in the heart of Europe. In 2010 I made the move to the United States to be closer to my family, achieve the American dream and to have more opportunities. That was one of the biggest decisions I had made, but with time and sacrifice I have built a life that I could not be more thankful for. I married my sweetheart Kathryn in 2016 and we have a lovely 1 year old that motivates me more than anything in this world.

I have been working in food and hospitality for the past 10 years as a General Manager in multiple restaurants and with this experience I have been able to meet and build relationships. Meeting new people and building relationships is one of my passions because it is a great way to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. Interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds has helped my communication skills and opened my eyes to many new things. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, watching soccer, football, and hunting for rare Bourbons to pair with my cigars.
